Institutional users can now translate any applicant document from any language into English directly within ÌÇÐÄVlog Premium. Upload transcripts, diplomas, bank statements, letters of recommendation, and other supporting materials in PDF, Word, or image formats (including scanned documents) and receive an accurate translation instantly.

The translation engine uses advanced OCR to extract text from any file format, including handwritten or low-quality scans, and applies contextual AI translation to produce accurate, readable results. Academic and financial terminology is handled accurately, making it suitable for the full range of documents your applicants submit.

Institutional users can now sign in to ÌÇÐÄVlog using their existing work credentials through your organization's identity provider. No separate ÌÇÐÄVlog password required. Supported providers include Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, and any other standard OIDC or SAML 2.0 provider.

When a staff member's account is disabled in your identity provider, their ÌÇÐÄVlog access is revoked automatically ¡ª no manual offboarding needed. Contact us to enable SSO for your institution.

Digital Evaluations can now be created for incomplete credentials. The new 'Years of study' field can include any number of years completed and is not limited to standard program length.

Introducing course matching tool to match completed coursework to institution's course catalog. Allow applicants to submit their syllabus and see if their credits are transferrable to your institution using advanced AI matching.

You can now upload multiple transcripts and documents at once directly from the ÌÇÐÄVlog page. AI import will automatically extract all relevant information, select the appropriate grading scale, and calculate GPA for each document. This is ideal for processing large batches without switching to the API, and can also be used to test bulk processing before enabling API integration.

Institutions can now configure GPA calculations to include only the most recent credits ¡ª for example, the last two years or 60 credits of coursework. This is useful for evaluating recent academic performance independently of a student's full transcript history.

Webhook events for GPA ÌÇÐÄVlog and Digital Evaluations now support optional PDF export, in addition to existing data payloads.

Degree ÌÇÐÄVlog have been renamed to Digital Evaluations. The name better reflects that evaluations cover not only degrees, but also secondary diplomas and other international credentials.

When a document contains multiple credentials, AI import now prompts you to select which credential to extract. Previously, only one credential would be processed automatically.
